Athletic Facilities Eagan Parks & Recreation is responsible for the coordination and use permits for some ISD 196 outdoor athletic facilities and City of Eagan athletic facilities such as tennis courts, soccer fields, ball fields and outdoor ice rinks. Special Events
Eagan Parks & Recreation invites you to host your special event such as a run, walk, or bike race at one of our beautiful parks. The Special Events Use Guide provides the essential information needed to make a reservation. Eagan Room & Fire Department Training Room The City of Eagan meeting rooms are scheduled by the Parks & Recreation Department and are available for use on a rental basis by youth, local civic and resident, non-resident and profit making groups. The policies that follow are needed to insure the proper use and control of the facility so that all people may equally enjoy them.
Requests for use of the rooms should be directed to the Parks & Recreation Department at (651) 675-5500. Reservations will be held verbally for 48 hours without a deposit. Reservations can be made no more than 60 days in advance. If this space is not available or of adequate size for a group, staff will recommend an alternate location.
Photos in Parks All commercial and non-commercial photographers should contact Parks & Recreation at (651) 675-5500, if you wish to take photographs in a park. A permit will be issued so as not to conflict with scheduled rentals or events at the park facility. There is no fee for the reservation.
