Water & Sewer Utility Services
The City of Eagan provides four utility services that are billed to residents quarterly: water, sanitary sewer, street lighting, and storm sewer/water quality.
If you have questions, concerns, requests or other needs related to your utility account, you can contact Utility Billing staff via phone, fax, or online at our Citizen Support Center.
Here are some of the things you can do at our Citizen Support Center. Please make note of the path shown in parentheses for easier navigation within the Citizen Support Center:
· Get answers to frequently asked questions about utility rates, service, billing and more (click on Find Answers, category Utilities)
· Send a request to Utility Billing staff (click on Make a Request, category Utilities)
· Notify Utility Billing staff that you are moving out and need a final meter reading (Make a Request, category Utilities, Water/Sewer Billing)
· Open an account if you are moving in (Make a Request, category Utilities, Water/Sewer Billing)
· Print a form to enroll in the City’s automatic payment plan (Find Answers, category Utilities, sub-category Water/Sewer Billing)
